On his return from a flight to Saturn, an astronaut contracts a baffling disease that causes his flesh to melt. The only way to slow the rapid deterioration of his own flesh is for the now ghoulish astronaut to feed on the flesh of other humans. 'STAR WARS' makeup wizard Rick Baker designed the monstrous makeup.
