Synopsis:

Good Boy Special Edition
Owen's (Liam Aiken) new dog, Hubble (Matthew Broderick), can not only sit, stay and roll over... he can also speak - literally! Turns out Hubble is really an interplanetary agent from the dog star Sirius, sent to sniff out rumors that Earth's pooches have failed to become men's masters. Now Owen and Hubble must train a ruff crew of local mutts to convince Hubble's leader, The Greater Dane (Vanessa Redgrave), that Earth dogs rule!
