Synopsis:

A lightheart Czechoslovakian brain surgeon flits back and forth between his country girl wife and his sophisticated, artistic mistress When the communists come into Czechoslovakia, they all move to Geneva. Finally the girlfriend marries and moves to the U.S. The surgeon and his wife return to Czechoslovakia where they are killed in an accident
