Synopsis:
With Frankie away in Tahiti with his navel reserve unit, Dee Dee and the rest of the beach party gang are involved in a new series of adventures. These are spurred by an opportunistic advertising man, a good-looking male newcomer and a mysterious and beautiful girl named Cassandra, plus an oddly appearing and disappearing pelican.
