Synopsis:

A fiendish murderer escapes from a mental institution, determined to rack down and destroy the cop who sent him away. Chuck Norris as Herrara O'Brien, the cop, tries to anticipate his next move, knowing deep down he will have to face this homicidal beast...alone.
