Synopsis:

All gangster Tommy Spinelli wants to do is board a plane and get to San Diego so that he can deliver his carry-on duffel bag to his boss. Unfortunately, the bag is dumped during boarding and is switched with that of a Mexican-bound medical student...who has no idea that the bag he now carries contains the severed heads of eight Los Angeles gang- sters!
