Synopsis:

Charlie B. Barkin and his sidekick, Itchy Itchiford, are canine gaurdian angels in San Francisco. Annabelle, the head canine angel, assigns them missions for Heaven on Earth and tries to keep the pair out of trouble. But when not on a mission, Charlie is thinking up new scams to get food, money or win the heart of the lovely Sasha.
